The staff was extremely friendly , especially Erkan and Shaina. They were professional and went out of their way to make it a special stay for my grandkids.

It wasn’t the most affordable place , but it was worth it for the family experience.

I was really impressed by how spacious and clean our room was. They had a great tea station in the lobby that helped when I lost my voice. The outdoor swimming pool was such a nice spot to relax, and the fire pit made for cozy evenings. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi wasn’t super fast at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

i was almost going to leave a glowing review, but then i found hair on my sheets, just absolutely gross. the shower was filthy too, like do they even clean? no one offered an upgrade or apology for all the inconveniences. i guess exceptional treatment is only for a select few, huh?

we had a wonderful stay at home2 suites by hilton. the room was spacious and very clean, perfect for enjoying meals together. the staff was incredibly nice, especially when they made me multiple cups of tea when I lost my voice. it's also conveniently close to the inner space cavern, which is a fun spot to visit!

Room cleanliness issues could improve!!! The climate control didn't work well, making the stay uncomfortable!!! Elevators had accessibility challenges that need addressing!!! Surprise fees were not fully transparent, leading to unnecessary frustration!!!

The hotel was spacious for our family of seven! We especially loved the little gym and the outdoor seating area where we could relax after a long day exploring local shops. The breakfast had a great variety, and the kids couldn't get enough of the waffles.

My wife says that having a bit more variety in the breakfast selections would really enhance the stay.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, laundry, a fitness center, and a flat-screen TV. I fondly remember the staff helping me with a cold drink in the heat during my first stay. Highly recommended!
